Today's golf psychology session helps you understand how to regain putting confidence, when it's tapped.  It is important to realize that there are no quick fixes or magic dust on the road to developing confidence; confidence is a long-term project and takes years of play to develop.

Some golfers are on the performance rollercoaster, where their confidence fluctuates according to their play.  It is important to keep levels of confidence consistent and if you feel your confidence is low, it is vital to recognize what is missing/lacking in your performance and then you know what steps to take in order to improve this and in turn raise your levels of confidence!

Dr. Patrick Cohn, author of The Mental Game of Golf and The Mental Art of Putting, helps you think like a winner and gain confidence in your putting routine.
